Reporting on Haulage

Dashboard reporting

You can view the TKM, truck hours, and number of trucks in a chart or report on the Create Schedule > Dashboard.

To view haulage data, you create a custom report and choose to report TKM, TRUCK_HOURS, and TRUCKS.

To display the truck data more clearly, you can customise a report or chart. When you right-click on a chart or report and choose Customise, the Customise Chart or Customise Report form appears, which allows you to select the data that is displayed in the chart or report. For example, you can report the TKM for different gradients along the haulage route by typing a range after the TKM identifier in the Value column of the Series data grid on the Customise Chart or Customise Report form.

Note: To report the TKM for different gradients along the haulage route, the range must be entered using a semicolon and must be separated from TKM by a colon. The values used in the range are percentages. So a value of TKM:0;10 would report the tonne kilometres (or ton thousand feet) where the gradient is between 0 and 10%. That is, a ratio of 0 to1 in 10, or 0 to 5.7 degrees in DMS format.

Standard reporting

When you create a standard report, a detailed haulage report is automatically generated.

When you create a detailed report, the report shows the details of haulage block by block. You can then filter and format the detailed report in your spreadsheet application to view the haulage information in various contexts, for example, by period, haul route, or truck type.

Custom reporting

You can create custom reports that include identical information to the Dashboard reports for TKM, TRUCK_HOURS, and TRUCKS. Similarly, to organise the truck values by gradient, you can type the truck code, a colon, and the range separated by a semicolon in the Value row of the Filtering section of the report definition. The values used in the range are percentages. For example, a value of TKM:0;10 would report the tonne kilometres (or ton thousand feet) where the gradient is between 0 and 10%. That is, a ratio of 0 to 1 in 10, or 0 to 5.7 degrees in DMS format.

Haulage results

The Haulage results tab is available in Publish Results. In the Haulage Results tab you can view the geometry of the haulage routes on the 3D Canvas, view the details of the haulage results in the data grid, and export the haulage results to multiple file formats.
